Founder Iyabo Oseni has over 30 years of Accounting/Finance experience. She has a BS degree in Accounting and a Masters’s degree in Business Administration, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate.
Iyabo started this organization in 2021. The idea of buying and selling properties came to mind when her family lost their first home due to foreclosure and tried to buy another home after recovering from the loss. That made her decide to help others by buying and selling foreclosed and distressed properties. By doing this, Iyabo is helping her community overcome the problem of increasing abandoned and vacant properties and making properties available and affordable to low-income earners.
