The Restore Project plans to address the problem of distressed neighborhoods by improving properties in such communities and helping to achieve home ownership. The target populations will be poor and low-income earners, minorities, women, and others in need of affordable or workforce housing.
Restore Project will buy abandoned, foreclosed, distressed properties such as single/multi-family and commercial real estate and improve the properties to resell to low-income earners to achieve home ownership and improve the neighborhoods.
